Shipping Policy

All items are shipped from a 3rd party distributor. Please allow 1-3 days for order processing, and 10-15 days for items to be shipped. 

Some items from the same order may ship separately.

If it takes longer than 20 days to receive any item, or the item is lost or stolen, please notify us at support@buyallthestuff.com so that we can either order you a new item at no additional cost or refund the purchase price.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders shipped in the USA.

All International orders will receive Insured Shipping at $9.95USD.

All orders over $100USD will have the option of Insured Shipping for $9.95USD

Insured Shipping

If your item is lost, stolen, or damaged during the shipping process, we will send you a replacement at no extra charge.

To request a new item, you will need to follow the same instructions listed in our Refund Policy.

If the item arrived damaged, please provide photos of the damaged product as it was received. This is to help us make a more detailed report about damages and ensure we send you the correct product replacement.
